Waterfront Integrated Resort – Cinnamon Life Project
Waterfront Integrated Resort - Cinnamon Life is the rst integrated resort in Sri Lanka and the largest private investment in the country. Sri Lankan-British architect, Cecil Balmond is the architect of the project while Hyundai Engineering & Construction is the main contractor. The $850 million project of John Keells Holdings will be of 4.5 million square feet (400,000+ square meters) total oor area. The Oces is a 30-storey dedicated office tower that combines cutting-edge functionality and world-class design redenes the modern workspace. Keeping to the highest international standards, the office tower enjoys a prime, central location and seamlessly connects with all that Cinnamon Life has to offer.
Work Scope
Full Electrical and ELV work scope has been successfully completed in the Building 6 of Waterfront Integrated Resort – Cinnamon Life Project to the highest standards.
