Waterfront Integrated Resort - Cinnamon Life is the rst integrated resort in Sri Lanka and the largest private investment in the country. Sri Lankan-British architect, Cecil Balmond is the architect of the project while Hyundai Engineering & Construction is the main contractor. The $850 million project of John Keells Holdings will be of 4.5 million square feet (400,000+ square meters) total floor area. The 45-storey The Residence tower consists of 38 residential floors and 231 apartments ranging from 1,130 sq. ft. to 4,722 sq. ft. Setting the tone for luxury living in Colombo, apartments at the Residence tower features a mix of two to ve bedroomed units, all of which are complete with modern facilities designed to offer the finest things in life.
