Waterfront Integrated Resort - Cinnamon Life is the rst integrated resort in Sri Lanka and the largest private investment in the country. Sri Lankan-British architect, Cecil Balmond is the architect of the project while Hyundai Engineering & Construction is the main contractor. The $850 million project of John Keells Holdings will be of 4.5 million square feet (400,000+ square meters) total oor area. The Suites at Cinnamon Life is a 39-storey building featuring a total of 196 apartments. The tower’s facilities were designed to give an elite lifestyle in Colombo’s burgeoning metropolis. The Suites at Cinnamon Life consists of two bedroomed apartments of 1,267 sq. ft. to 1,273 sq. ft. and four bedroomed units of 3,832 sq. ft. which are spread over 34 levels of residential foors.
